Absolutely love this place! The staff were incredibly sweet to my dog, and he came out looking AMAZIN so clean, fresh, and adorable. You can really feel how much they care. My dog was so over due on her grooming, because I had surgery and couldn’t get her there. Not only was her hair and nails over grown but she also had some matting. Tommy did an amazing job on her today. Very patient with her because she has been through two major leg surgeries and she is very uncomfortable with her legs being touched. The place is incredible, my dog was not put into a holding crate, the service beyond what a normal grooming salon is like and I was even able to wait for my dog while being offered coffee and a snack and sitting in a state of the art lounge. When you look for a place to have yourself taken care of think of what you like, hello fresh paws has gone that extra step to make your dog feel just as pampered as you like to feel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My 5 star review is because my dog is a repeat "client" here, not because I'm friends with ANY of the staff. I think it's a reasonable price I pay when it includes a bath, and having her teeth and ears cleaned, especially because Honey practically mauls me if I try to give her a bath :-) I kept putting off scheduling an appointment for my dog Honey for some reason... I finally decided to schedule a bath for her and I am SOOOOO glad I did! I loved it here! Tommy and Kevin are absolutely amazing, so pleasant and great to deal with and talk to. Tommy worked some serious magic getting Honey bathed - she is normally petrified of water. She smells nice and clean, her coat is soft and shiny, and I will definitely continue to bring her back. They were so great with her!
My poor pup got sprayed by a we tried to get it out with no luck. I was desperate and I texted the guys after hours and they responded right away! They told me to bring my pup in and they would try their best. Well they did it! Im over the moon thrilled with this company from start to finish. I will going back! Ty so much one happy momma and Teddy ♥️
Took our 4 month old puppy for her first grooming and staff was friendly and welcoming. Our puppy was nervous at first but adjusted well as they understand and were gentle. Highly recommend, definitely will be taking her back.
Kevin and Tom were phenomenal with my Zion. Zion is not one to let groomers do their job easily, he's very fussy. They had patience and used positive affirmations in making Zion feel at ease. The shampoo they use also smells great! Definitely recommend this place.
I’ve been bringing my dog here for almost a year and i am never disappointed! He always leaves so soft and smelling fresh and clean. Not to mention all of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. They pay attention to detail and truly care about their clients which you can tell through their work.
These guys are great! My dog is not the easiest to groom... but with their patience and caring, my pup always comes out looking handsome!
The Hello Fresh Paws team is fantastic! My furbaby always looks and smells great, plus his coat is so soft! I love that I can wait there and I don't have to leave my dog there for hours, like other salons.
