We treat every pet like family. We ask for a signed release so we can act quickly and responsibly if a medical emergency ever happens. Since we are certified in Pet CPR and have backgrounds as Veterinary Technicians, we are ready to handle the specific needs of senior pets and those with health conditions to keep them safe while they are in our care.

Handling Matting
We believe a pet’s comfort is more important than a specific look. If a coat is badly matted and cannot be brushed out without causing pain or skin irritation, we will clip the hair short. Matting traps moisture and can lead to hidden health issues, so starting fresh is often the kindest thing we can do for your pet. We will always talk this through with you first so we are on the same page.
Respecting Everyone’s Time
Scheduling and Cancellations
We work hard to keep our environment cage-free, which means we do not want pets waiting around in crates. To do this, we manage our schedule very carefully. We ask for 48 hours of notice for any cancellations so we can offer that time to another pet. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or no-shows will be charged a fee. This helps us continue providing the focused, one-on-one attention your pet enjoys.

Every pet is different. Our pricing depends on size, coat condition, and how long it has been since their last professional groom. For pets that are anxious or have trouble being handled, we charge an additional fee. This covers the extra time and care our groomers need to build trust and move at a pace that keeps your pet calm and happy.
